Individual Psychotherapy

Being human can be a complex and messy business; life can bring demands and pressures that require support to help you to understand, work through and process what is happening.

Therapy offers you a safe space to feel heard and gain understanding and clarity about your experiences.

I will support you to gain increased self knowledge and awareness in a self compassionate way, enabling you to identify your needs and desires so you are able to live in alignment with these.

Within my practice I can work with you in different ways, I use an integrative approach in which we will collaborate. Part of my role will be to support you, with compassion and curiosity, to find the way that works best for you, enabling you to feel, think and relate to yourself and others in new ways, offering hope and the possibility of change.
