Being human can be a complex and messy business; life can bring demands and pressures that require support to help you to understand, work through and process what is happening.
Therapy offers you a safe space to feel heard and gain understanding and clarity about your experiences.
I will support you to gain increased self-knowledge and awareness in a self-compassionate way, enabling you to identify your needs and desires so you are able to live in alignment with these.
Within my practice I can work with you in different ways, using an integrative and collaborative approach. Part of my role will be to support you, with compassion and curiosity, to find the way that works best for you, enabling you to feel, think and relate to yourself and others in new ways, offering hope and the possibility of change.
